M.S.A.A. BLEACH pt. 66

"...Cree's zanpakuto is named Hebi Denkou. It can control lightning, transforming when released into a lightning bolt, and it's spirit looks like that of a serpent with wings. Apparently, she first released it when we got into a sticky situation coming back from someplace. Somehow, she never new of zanpakuto, or what they are capable of. Odd, considering that almost everyone in the Soul Society knows about them, even the young children I guess. But, she's becoming more and more advanced it seems, seeing as how she's training it pretty much everyday for hours on end, coming home drenched in sweat and sometimes, even blood (which I must admit that kinda got freaked out by the first time I saw her come back). I'm proud of her, and I envy her determination. I just hope that all her hard work hasn't been a waste, and that she's become as powerful as I know she can become. I want her to be strong..."

SOUL SOCIETY
Cree's Perspective
"C-Cree! Cree, stop!"
"Hmm?" Cree breaths, turning to see Rikuto flashstepping after her.
She feels her heart begin to beat faster.
"Rikuto! What is it?" Cree asks as he comes to stand beside her.
"I ran into Kayla." Rikuto answers.
Cree's eyes widen.
"Really? Is she alright?!" Cree asks.
He nods.
"Yeah, she and Bianca appeared to of defeated Shukaku on their own."
She blinks in surprise.
"They did?!"
"Yeah, I was surprised too."
"Wait, where was Kayla when you met up with Bianca?"
"Unconscious on Kayla's back."
"W-WHAT?!"
"Apparently she used up all her Spiritual Pressure trying to defeat him."
"Oh..."
Rikuto senses the worry in her voice.
"Hey, don't worry, she should be fine and awake within an hour." Rikuto reassures her.
"Alright, if you say so, those two seem to always get into the worst situations." Cree comments.
"I've noticed." he comments.
She laughs.
"But oh well, we live with them, it's what friends do."
"Yeah..."
She turns to stand right in front of him.
He blinks.
"What?" he asks.
"Is something wrong?" Cree asks.
"No, why?" he asks.
"No reason, you just seem a bit...oh...depressed about something."
He chuckles.
"Sorry, I've just been a bit confused lately."
"About what?" she asks.
"Oh, nothing special. Just about random things."
"Like?"
He raises an eyebrow.
"Well, you certainly seem to like to get into other people's problems."
"Oh, sorry. Looks like Mariya is rubbing off on me."
He sighs.
"Yeah..."
"You did it again!"
"What?"
"The depressed "Yeah"."
"I did?"
Cree doesn't respond.
Rikuto notices the odd silence.
"Cree?" he asks.
"You're depressed about Mariya, aren't you?" she asks.
His breath catches, taken back by her question.
Though, he soon sighs.
"Fine. Yes, I'm depressed over Mariya." he confesses.
"Why?" Cree asks.
"Because..." Rikuto trails, "...she ended the date.."
"Hmm?" Cree says.
"When I took her out, she flat out asked if she could leave."
Cree's eyes widen.
"She did?" Cree asks, though remembering Mariya telling her something similar to this.
"Yeah, and when I asked why, she said the most straight answer I've ever heard."
"Which is?"
"She said plainly "I know that if anything, you and I will probably never be anything more then friends. I know that there is someone else that is right for you, who we both know. You may not see it yet, but you'll see her for what she'll be to you soon when the time is right. So, with that, not to hurt any of your feeling Rikuto, I think I would like to go home, and see Toshiro." Man, I was so mad!"
"Because of what she said?"
"No, I was mad at Captain Hitsugaya."
Cree raises an eyebrow now.
"Toshiro?" she asks.
Rikuto nods.
"If he hadn't done what he had done to win her over, I might of had a chance."
"What did he do?"
"He made her remember how much he meant to her."
"Huh?"
"Before Mariya's death, I was in the squad for only about four months, but I knew as soon as I became a member, that I thought Mariya, even though she was younger, was a great person, if not the most beautiful girl I've ever seen."
Cree sighs, feeling her heart sink a bit.
"But, when I did talk to her for the first time, I also met him."
"Rikuto reporting for duty Ma'am!" Rikuto says as he bows before his new Captain.
Without warning, a small shock erupts as he feels himself hit on the head with a rolled up bulletin.
"OW!" he yells, before looking up, "What was that for?!"
"For calling me Ma'am!"
His eyes widen as he gets a good luck at the girl before him for the first time.
She's short, but thin and curvy, her long, chestnut locks tied up with a black ribbon tied in a bow. Though her bangs cover her right eye, her left eye makes up for it by shining a warm hazel, specks of green, brown, even a little pigment of blue mixed in, making them even more beautiful. Everything about her seems petite and flawless, from the first line pattern of her unique uniform, to the last freckle on her cheek.
This is his captain, the young Mariya, only 125 at the time.
"What do you mean?" he asks.
"I hate it when you people call me Ma'am, it just makes me feel old." Mariya answers.
He watches as she returns to sit behind her desk, flipping through his files.
"So, Rikuto, is it?" Mariya asks.
"Y-Yes Ma'a-" he starts.
"No Ma'am crap." Mariya interrupts.
"Oh, um, yes...Miss?"
She rubs her forehead.
"Oi, why do newbies have to always have to be like this?" Mariya mumbles, before looking back up at him, "Good enough, now, it says here you were in Squad five with Aizen before taking the test, correct?"
"Yes."
"And, this also says that you're well versed in kido and hado. But, you've been having troubles with your time psychic abilities?"
"That's right."
"Just how many abilities do you have? It doesn't say."
"Oh, I have five."
"That's good, and those would be?"
"Oh, See the future, invisibility, telekinesis, stop time, and create barriers."
"Oh, you got the strong abilities." Mariya comments, grinning.
Rikuto feels his cheeks become hotter.
"T-Thank you." he replies.
She laughs, and stands back up, walking back around to stand in front of him.
"Stand, dude." Mariya says.
He immediately does as told, taking her by surprise, and causing her to redden a bit.
She holds her hand out in front of her, causing him to blink.
"Welcome to my Squad, man!" Mariya says, smiling.
He grins, taking her hand.
"Thanks." he replies.
"Oh! And by the way, " Mariya starts, "I would be happy if you just called me by my first or last name, alright?"
"Oh...so..." he trails.
She laughs.
"Call me Mariya, and I'll call you Rikuto, it's what friends do." Mariya says as they release hands.
He blinks in surprise.
"Friends?" he asks.
"Of course!" she replies, still smiling.
After a moment, he smiles.
"Alright...Mariya." he says with a bigger grin.
"Mariya!"
They both turn at the sound of a door opening.
Mariya's smile becomes even brighter as she sees the boy with white hair.
"Toshiro!" Mariya yells, running over to the boy, hugging him as he closes the door.
"Ack! Mariya, what are you doing?" Toshiro asks.
"What does it look like?" Mariya asks, laughing, before blinking and looking up at him, "Hey, why are you calling me by my first name today?"
Toshiro's eyes widen.
"Hmm?" he asks.
"You're calling me Mariya." Mariya says.
Rikuto blinks.
...W-Who...is this...kid?!...She's totally draping herself all over him!...And he's not even trying to stop her!...Wait, this kid...he couldn't be...
"Oh, I don't know." Toshiro replies, before looking up to see Rikuto staring at them, "Hey, is this the new guy to your squad?"
Mariya smiles.
"Oh yeah, Rikuto, this is Toshiro. Toshiro, this is Rikuto." Mariya introduces.
Toshiro holds his hand out.
"Nice to meet you." Toshiro says.
Rikuto returns the favor.
"You too."
"Toshiro is the 3rd seat of Squad 10, and right now training to obtain Bankai." Mariya says.
"Oh, that must be intense." Rikuto comments.
"It is, trust me, considering she's my coach." Toshiro replies.
...She's his Bankai coach?!...And he's a third seat?!...Of course, this Toshiro kid...is her...her...Boyfriend!...
"What's that supposed to mean?!" Mariya asks, hitting Toshiro in the shoulder.
"I mean that you're a tough person to train Bankai with!" Toshiro responds.
After staring at each other for a few moments, Toshiro sighs.
"Look, are you ready to go, or not?" Toshiro asks.
"Sorry, but I'll leave you two love birds alone." Rikuto says.
"What?!" Toshiro and Mariya yell at the same time.
"Well, aren't you two dating?" Rikuto asks.
"NO! Who told you that?!" they yell at the same time.
"N-No one, you guys are just acting like it." he responds.
"Oh..." Mariya says, blushing a bit.
"I'm going ahead to the training grounds, come when you two are done, alright?" Toshiro says as he reopens the door.
Mariya sighs, but nods.
"Alright." she replies, watching Toshiro walk out.
After a minute, Rikuto steps up.
"Um, I'm guessing I'm in trouble, aren't I?" Rikuto asks.
Mariya blinks, turning back to face him.
"Of course not! It was just a simple mistake. Don't worry about it." Mariya replies.
His eyes widen.
"R-Really?" he asks.
She nods.
"Of course." Mariya says, "I mean, Toshiro and I are really close, but nothing like that."
His grin turns bitter sweet.
"I see..." Rikuto trails.
"Now, let's get you to your barracks. Just follow me." Mariya says, walking out a different door then Toshiro did.
"Alright." Rikuto says, following.
PRESENT
Cree blinks in surprise.
"Oh..." she trails.
"Yeah, even though I tried to get her to like me, it seems that she somehow has subconsciously picked who she wants." Rikuto says.
"Huh?" Cree asks.
"You mean you haven't noticed?" Rikuto asks.
She shakes her head.
"The way Mariya and Captain Hitsugaya act towards each other?"
She thinks it over.
"They're protective of each other." Cree comments.
"Yes, but there's a connection they share."
"Oh yes, you explained it last time we had a talk."
"Their connection, even with Mariya's memories loss, couldn't be broken." Rikuto says, "And it seems that their choices have been sealed."
"With what?" Cree asks.
"Her death."
Cree's eyes widen.
"By giving up her life for him, she pretty much signed that she would die for him, and he has done all he can to repay her by protecting her with his own life so that she'll be safe." Rikuto explains.
"Mariya..." Cree trails.
"Yeah, so it looks like there's no one for me any-" Rikuto starts.
Without warning, Cree sees something coming at them from behind, and pushes Rikuto out of the way, taking him by surprise.
She turns back to see that the object was a long concentrated stream of water, now returning to where it came.
"Hehehe...seems that I got a good opponent to play with."
"Damn it, a Bijuu." Cree whispers.
"You girl, how about you come and play with me?" the Bijuu calls.
Cree narrows her eyes.
"Well, what's your name?" Cree calls back.
"Oh, how indecent of me. I am the great three tails, Isonade." he answers, bowing to show three shark fins lining his spine as the water spins around him now, "And I'm also the man that'll claim your life, girl."
Cree chuckles.
"Cree, we need to get out of here, we're not supposed to get involved without at least a lieutenant." Rikuto says.
"Rikuto." Cree says.
"Y-Yes?"
She turns and looks at him, the look in her eyes catching him off guard.
She grins.
"It's alright, just let me do this." Cree says, beginning to glow a bright yellow.
His eyes widen.
"Cree..." he trails.
She laughs.
"I want to protect you." Cree admits.
His eyes widen as Isonade laughs.
"Child, DIE!" Isonade yells, directing his water right at Rikuto.
"Cree, we need to go!" Rikuto yells.
Though, she ignores him, instead stepping right in front of him to take the attack herself.
"I will protect you." Cree says.
Glowing still, Cree puts her hand out in front of her.
The water crashes hard upon a surface, starting Cree's own battle.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rikuto's Perspective
His eyes are wide as he sees Cree's barrier come up, shielding them from Isonade's attack.
In a blur of yellow and clear blue, the powers meet, the impact causing Rikuto to loose his footing a bit.
He looks up to see Cree still standing strong, grinning as the attack comes to an end.
Isonade stares at her in amazement, then laughs again.
"Well, it seems I underestimated you, girl." Isonade says, chuckling, "But this time, I'll make sure you're dead-"
"Ugh, you guys seem to never shut up, you and Shukaku, and I hear Kaku was a talker too." Cree says, glowing even more intense then before, "Seems that there's only one way to get you guys to stop talking."
"Oh?"
Her sword suddenly appears from thin air, an ability that the stronger and higher ranking T.P. Soul Reapers posses, taking him by more surprise.
His eyes widen.
...She was able to use that ability....Only Mariya, Lieutenant Aneko, Kenta, and Miyoko are able to use it...
"Strike..." Cree trails.
...just want can Cree do?!...
"HEBI DENKOU (Lightning Serpent)!"
With a crack, Cree's katana lights up, extending and contorting into the shape of a lightning bolt, shining brighter than any light he's ever seen, causing him to cover his with the shade of his arm.
As it calm, it pops and cracks, energy seeming to seep from the blade. Cree holds it in the middle, incredibly not being burnt by what looks to be hotter then the flames of Hell.
Isonade steps back a bit.
"What is it, shark boy?" Cree asks, "Not a fan of lightning? I can see why, considering that it not only is hot and can evaporate your water, but it's electricity, and since water is a conductor, you'll initially electrocute yourself."
Isonade grits his teeth.
"Why you..." he growls.
A spark flies at Isonade, sensing water present.
"Water, protect!" Isonade yells.
Only seconds pass before a great wall of water appears in front of Isonade, catching the fly away hazard.
Cree and Rikuto's eyes widen.
Isonade smirks.
"Seems this won't be so difficult as I first thought." he comments.
Cree narrows her eyes.
Rikuto takes hold of her shoulder.
"Cree, you're not strong enough for this guy." he whispers into her ear.
She turns to look at him.
"So you don't trust me?" she asks.
He catches his breath.
"N-No, that's not what I meant, it just seems that this guy is very powerful, and I don't want you getting hurt." Rikuto explains.
Her eyes widen, and blush rises to her cheeks.
Rikuto notices and blinks in surprise.
...Why is she...blushing?...
She looks away, but chuckles.
"You should stop worrying, I can take care of myself. True, I'm not as powerful as Mariya, but I know I am getting stronger." Cree says.
"Cree..." Rikuto trails.
She turns back and smiles.
"Beside, I already promised that I would protect you."
His eyes widen.
"...I know that there is someone else that is right for you, who we both know. You may not see it yet, but you'll see her for what she is and what she'll be to you soon, when the time is right..."
His breath catches.
...This girl...Cree...Am I really so stupid?...
"One should face the man that will send them to meet their maker!"
With great force, he sends the electrically charged water at them.
"Cree, get back!" Rikuto yells, taking her by the wrist.
The action puts her off guard, leaving him to creating the barrier as he holds her close to his chest.
"Barrier!" Rikuto yells.
The familiar box like shape appears around them, protecting them from the even more powerful attack.
This time, instead of just crashing and falling to the ground by gravity, Cree, uses a higher hand signal to suck in the water, causing it to vanish.
"Barrier: Level 2: Kaihou (Release)!" they both yell.
With a small glint of his blue and her yellow spiritual pressure, the water reappears, faster as it races back towards Isonade.
"W-What?!" Isonade yells as he tries to protect himself from the attack, to no avail as the electric water hits him, shocking him to his core.
As he contorts a bit, Rikuto and Cree pant a bit, a little taxed over using a high level T.P. ability.
Cree looks up at him as he still holds her close.
"W-Why did you do that?" Cree asks.
Rikuto sighs before answering.
"Because, I kinda just realized something." Rikuto answers.
"And what would that be?" Cree asks.
Rikuto holds her closer.
"I want to protect you." Rikuto admits.
Cree's eyes widen as she turns redder then before.
He grins.
"Promise to be careful?" he whispers into her ear.
She nods.
"Y-Yes." she stutters, embarrassed.
He chuckles.
"Then go and kick his ass." he whispers.
Cree grins.
"I plan to, I have a plan." Cree whispers back.
"As I hoped you would." he replies.
"How dare you..." Isonade trails, irritated as the shocks have now faded away.
Cree chuckles, and stands.
"Looks like I finally got you to take me seriously." Cree says, before pulling her arm behind her like her lightning bolt of a zanpakuto is a substitute for a javelin, "Dendou Yari (Electric Spear)!"
Throwing it with all her strength, the lightning bolt flies straight towards Isonade at intense speed.
"Water, protect!" Isonade yells.
With a great impact, the water somehow stays solid, leaving Hebi Denkou stuck inside as it spurts electricity left and right from it's meeting of the water.
Isonade breaks into abrupt laughter.
"Hahahahaha! Silly child, you are such a simpleton! Because of your actions, your only chance is now forgotten, considering that my water has now caught your zanpakuto." Isonade laughs.
Cree grins.
"Is it really?" Cree asks.
Isonade raises an eyebrow, catching the sureness in Cree's voice.
"Of course, there is no way you could reach it through my chick waters, you've lost it to my tides." Isonade replies.
"Lost it? Well, I must say that I disagree with that completely. True, I may not be able to get to it, but that doesn't mean that I've lost it, or even lost the ability to use." Cree comments.
Isonade's eyes widen.
"You can't use it, it's impossible!" Isonade fights.
Cree smirks.
"You never should be so sure of yourself, it makes you look ridiculous when you're wrong." Cree says, "Sukima (Crack)."
Suddenly, Hebi Denkou goes into hysterics as it begins to crack and spit, contorting and erratically elongating.
Only after a few moments, The bolt cracks through the wall, sticking Isonade right in the side as the water spills onto it, making the electrocution even worse.
"UH, AGHHHHHHHHHRRR!" Isonade screams, contorting in such inhumane ways as he gets the lethal blow, that it looks that he might not survive.
Cree falls to her knees, panting even harder then before as Hebi Denkou still sends volt after volt.
Rikuto hurries over to her side.
"Hey, you alright?" he asks.
"Actually, no, Sukima is fifth and final ability of Hebi Denkou's Shikai state, and because it's one of the most powerful, it takes out at least half of my Spiritual Pressure." Cree answers in between breaths.
"At least you already took him out." Rikuto says, "He shouldn't be able to do anything after receiving that many volts."
"Yeah, let's hope." Cree says.
Rikuto grins, pink rising in his cheeks as he helps her to her feet.
She falls against his chest, causing his heart to pound a bit harder.
...Really, already?!...
Cree notices, and looks up at him.
"What?" Cree asks.
He blinks, then grins.
"Oh, nothing."
She now blinks, and chuckles, blushing some herself.
"Let's go-" Cree starts.
"You little BITCH!"
Their eyes widen as they turn to see Isonade speeding at Cree, a random katana clenched in his fist.
"H-How is he-" she starts again.
"Cree, get out of the way!" Rikuto yells.
The last thing he knows, Isonade blade is sticking through his side, blood running out of his wound and dripping from the tip of the blade.
Cree is a few feet away, staring in horror at him, as he had pushed her out of the way at the last second.
He chuckles.
"So, this is what Mariya felt like when she saved Toshiro...." he trails as he tries to breath through a punctured lung.
"Ri-Rikuto!" Cree yells, crawling over to him as he falls on his side.
He tries to grin.
"Hey, calm down, I'm alright." Rikuto reassures her.
Tears begin to form in the corner of her eyes.
"Are you an idiot?! There's a sword sticking out of your chest!" she yells through the tears as they begin to stream down her face, "Th-This isn't fair! You shouldn't of pushed me out of the way!"
His eyes widen as he sees her distraught.
"Cree..." he trails, before reaching for her hand, causing her to stop slightly, "You were worth protecting..."
Her eyes widen, even more tears pouring from her eyes.
"This isn't even the worst part, you wench."
His eyes widen as he feels the metal contort and enter his body.
He feels himself begins to choke.
...I-I...can't....breath!....
Gagging, Rikuto does his best to find a way to get oxygen into his body, but fails.
Cree cringes.
"Rikuto! Isonade, STOP IT!" Cree screams, tears still streaming.
Rikuto feels himself fall slightly, feeling the water escaping his body, allowing him to get in some failing breath as more blood escapes his body.
Cree shakes his shoulders.
"Rikuto! Stay with me!" she yells.
He reaches for her.
A tunnel effect begins to start.
...No...not yet...I finally...realized...not now...please...
His limbs fall to his sides.
All the life in Cree's eyes vanish.
Though somehow still a bit alive, he barely sees as Cree suddenly begins to be absorbed by her own spiritual pressure, engulfed with what he takes as grief.
She stands, though some her spiritual pressure stay behind, covering him instead.
...What...the...?...
"You...bastard...how dare you..."
...Cree?...
"I"M GONNA KILL YOU, YOU ASS HOLE!!!"
He somehow senses the earth around him crack and break, taking him by surprise.
...What's happening..?...
Clashing erupts, each one leading to one or more cracks or small explosions, probably coming from Cree's sword.
Slowly, he gains back sight.
Above him, Cree easily overpowers Isonade, who's trying to get away.
But, Cree's too worked up on revenge to care if he's scared.
"DIE IN HELL, ASS HOLE!!" Cree yells, Hebi Denkou becoming a bigger bolt then ever, over twice her height now, "KEN NO SHAKISHAKI (Sting to Crisp)!!"
Exploding in light, the bolt roots more and more, sticking Isonade in any place it touches, ultimately ending him.
"SUKIMA!"
With that, Isonade is no more, nothing but ashes blown to the wind as Cree comes to sit beside him.
He uses his returning strength to look over at her.
"You definitely over react to stuff...even when I tell you I'll be fine." Rikuto jokes.
Using what strength she has left, she grins, and wraps her arms around him, causing him to blush as she completely passes out on his chest, still somehow healing him in her unconscious state.
He chuckles, but takes hold of her waist.
"You're going to be a hand-full...oh well." Rikuto comments, leaning his head against hers, "At least we're alright now, right, Cree?"

M.S.A.A. BLEACH pt. 65

"...Alone now, I hope the others are going to be ok. I haven't really seen Cree use her powers, but I know that she has a strong zanpakuto, so I know I probably shouldn't worry about her. Though, the others are another hand are a different story. As far as I know, neither one has ever showed me their zanpakuto's abilities, or even what they control. I know that Kayla's has something to do with fire and Bianca's has something to do with the moon, but that's about it. No one told me anything else about them, so to me, they're a pretty big mystery. I wish I could help them out somehow, but, I'm too weak. I'll probably just get in the way. And, I'm the target, if I go out there, I could put them in more serious danger then they are at this point in time. Man, I wish I could be stronger, I wish I wasn't helpless...Kayla, Bianca, stay safe, I don't want to loose you guys before I get my memories back...I wouldn't be able to take it..."

SOUL SOCIETY
Bianca's Perspective
The wind blows erratically as they flashstep towards the battle grounds.
Bianca grits her teeth.
...Damn it...I can't trace anything...I can't even sense Kayla beside me...
Kayla seems to sense her irritated state.
"Bianca?" Kayla calls.
Bianca blinks and looks over at Kayla.
"Y-Yeah?" she asks.
Kayla smiles.
"Calm down, chicka. We'll whoop their butts, I know it!" Kayla says, confidence in her voice.
She blinks, but laughs at Kayla's words.
"I know, don't worry about me. Besides, you are the runt out of all of us." Bianca says back.
Kayla makes a pout.
"Well, trying to say because I'm younger, I'm the weakest?" Kayla asks.
Bianca shakes her head.
"No, not exactly, I just think it's weird that someone younger then me is trying to reassure me." Bianca explains.
"Oh, do you want me to stop?" Kayla asks.
"No, you're just fine." Bianca replies, smiling.
Kayla grins back.
...It seems that ever since we got here, we've been paired up together....strange, she and I weren't really close until...
"Bianca, in front of us!"
Bianca's eyes widen as Kayla pulls her back by the collar, saving her from an attack that if she hadn't been stopped, she could of been injured from.
It rages past, familiar sand waves passing them as they cover their faces.
Sensing the worst is gone, Bianca reopens her eyes, having to readjust her glasses.
"Damn it, I missed." Shukaku says, appearing in front of them with an irritated snear.
"What's the big idea you idiot?!" Kayla yells.
"Isn't it obvious? We're trying to rid the world of the Mariya brat." Shukaku answers.
"But why?! What did she do to deserve death?!" Bianca yells.
He doesn't respond her a moment.
"It's not important about how I feel about it, this is about what the Master ordered to be done!" Shukaku yells, before pointing at them, "Now, PERISH!"
Without another moment, sand appears all around them, shaping themselves into sharp, pointed blades as they race towards them.
"Bianca!" Kayla yells.
"Right!" Bianca answers, apparently knowing what Kayla wants.
At the same time, they pull their zanpakutos from their sheaths, and vanish, both flashstepping out of the way before many of the shards can land.
Reappear, Bianca grits her teeth, a small pain coming from her cheek.
...Damn...he barely grazed me...his attacks are quicker then they look...
"Now, it's time we start, eh Kayla?" Bianca says.
Kayla appears beside her, unharmed.
"Agreed." Kayla replies.
With a scowl, red spiritual pressure appears around her, sparking a bit as Kayla takes her blade, holding it parallel to the ground .
"Now, Soar, Washikaen!" Kayla yells.
With a small spark, the blade flames red, extending a bit as it's released into Shikai.
As Kayla thrusts Washikaen to her side, Bianca raises her sword to the sky, aiming it towards where the sun beats down.
"Dream in Light, Aratatsuki!" Bianca says, her light purple spiritual pressure leaking like Kayla's.
Her blade shines bright, transforming from a katana into a large, purple flower patterned fan, two lavender satin strings hanging from the metal ring keeping the fan together.
Shukaku grits his teeth.
"You fools, you're just sending yourselves to your deaths." Shukaku snarls.
"We'll see if that's true soon." Bianca says, opening her fan, "But for now, shut up and fight, big mouth."
Shukaku growls.
"Damn brats!" Shukaku yells.
Instantly, mounds of sand appear, shaping themselves in all different types of weapons.
"Kayla, let me take this wave." Bianca says.
Kayla blinks in surprise.
"W-What?" Kayla asks.
"Just let me, I want to see if what they said is true." Bianca replies.
Kayla sighs.
"Fine, do what you want." Kayla complies.
Bianca nods.
"Thanks." Bianca says.
"Die you damn brats!" Shukaku yells as the sand closes in.
"Not so fast." Bianca says, before waving her fan in a large circle, "Act 1: Yume Rijekuto (Dream Reject)!"
With a bright flash, a great mirror looking thing appears from the made circle, protecting them from Shukaku's attack.
As the light fades, they all come to find that all that remains is a smaller mirror, all of Shukaku's sand vanished as it seems to be absorbed by the light.
His eyes widen in surprise.
"Wh-What?! What did you do to my sand, you wench?!" Shukaku yells, angered by the disappearance of his sand into the mirror.
"Nothing, at least, not yet." Bianca says as she twists her wrist at a different angle, "Act 1, Scene 2: Musou-"
"Bianca, no!" Kayla yells, stopping Bianca from completing her stage two chant.
"Kayla, what do you think you're doing?!" Bianca yells.
"You were told not to use that technique, it's not perfected yet!" Kayla answers.
"We won't know that until I use it, now will we?!"
"But if what happened happens again, you'll injure yourself!"
Bianca doesn't respond for a moment.
"You'll pay for messing with me, you wench!" Shukaku yells.
They both whip their heads around as they see a shadow cast over them.
A mound, almost like a real wave, towers over them, preparing to shallow them whole.
"Ack!" Kayla yells in alarm.
"Act 1, Scene 2: Yume Irege (Dream Switch)!" Bianca snaps as she twists the fan in her hand like before.
Another flash, and the mirror grows to double the size of Shukaku's attack, making his eyes widen dramatically.
"Kaishi(Start)!" she yells with a final wave of the fan.
Without warning, the sand from the previous attack bursts from the mirror, spewing in all directions. Though, now it seems that the sand is not only faster, but multiplied, indicated that it's power has been increased by how the sand now glows!
"W-What?!" Shukaku yells as Bianca's sand clashes with his own.
With a loud boom, the glowing sand meets the normal, encasing it as it still uncontrollably spews from inside the glass of Bianca's attack.
As the last of the sand leaves the mirror, it vanishes with a flash, leaving the two utterly defenseless as the sand jets in all directions.
"Damn it! I can't control this much!" Bianca says, holding her head with one hand as she tries to control the sand with her fan in the other.
"I told you it was too dangerous!" Kayla says.
"I know, but I had no time! I had to do something or else we'd be toast!" Bianca explains, before looking in front of them, "Kayla, MOVE!"
Kayla whips her head around, seeing the glowing sand mixed with normal now jetting towards them.
Kayla groans.
"I can't believe I always wind up cleaning up your damn messes Bianca!" Kayla yells, putting her red blade in front of her, "Tsuyahi(Glaze Flame)!"
Fire seeming to be almost white spits from the tip of Washikaen, engulfing the untamed sand.
As the fire dies down, Bianca blinks as she sees the sand no longer rushing towards them, stopped in place as the sand is now transformed into a glass like object.
Kayla turns towards her.
"The least you can do is keep it from falling to the ground." Kayla comments, "Considering that it not only has your spiritual pressure, but is now glass, it should be easy for you to control now."
Bianca blinks as she looks at the huge object, looking like a pillar on it's side. With a slight movement, she finds that the glass does follow her easily now, causing her to grin.
"Good-" Bianca starts.
"You damn WENCHES!!"
Their eyes widen as they see Shukaku looming over them, more sand surrounding him.
"Damn, just how much sand does that guy have anyway?" Kayla comments.
"You've disgraced me for the last time! Now DIE by one of my strongest attacks!" Shukaku yells, throwing all the sand at them at the fastest speed yet.
"Bianca, I've got an idea, mind lending me a hand really quick?" Kayla asks.
"Uh, s-sure." Bianca answers.
With an inescapable avalanche, the girls are devoured by the sand, caught in the ever speeding wave.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kayla's Perspective
"Hahahahahahahaha! You stupid wenches! No one of your inexperience could ever win against me! You're imbeciles for thinking so!" Shukaku smirks, finding their loss laughable.
"Who said we lost, you oversized Raccoon?"
His eyes widen in alarm, and he looks down at the mound of sand where Kayla and Bianca were.
"No...it's not possible, no one could of survived that, not even a captain class Soul Reaper..." Shukaku trails.
"You're an idiot, really."
His eyes widen as he sees the sand mound beginning to crack and harden, becoming glassy all over, looking more like a mirror then sand.
"Nekki Bakuha(Flame Blast)!" Kayla snaps.
With a loud crack, the mound seems to explode, shards of glass blowing towards him.
He closes his eyes as he covers himself with his arms, trying to create a barrier with the sand he has left.
The shards scrap at his skin, causing him to flinch in pain as blood escapes his body.
He grits his teeth as he looks down.
Kayla and Bianca stand below him, grinning as they seem unharmed by his attack, both of their zanpakutos glowing from being used.
"Wenches..." Shukaku snears.
"You're about to regret doing that man." Kayla says, her spiritual pressure returning as she begins to glow red.
Shukaku cracks with fury.
"I'M GONNA KICK YOUR DAMN ASSES INTO THE DIRT, YOU GOT THAT YOU DAMN WENCHES?!" Shukaku snaps, glowing orange.
Their eyes widen as they watch the sand still controlled by him contort into a boa looking snake, even eyes appearing seeming to have life when they glare them down with anger.
"Bianca." Kayla says.
"Right." Bianca replies, before waving her fan in the way of a start, "Act 2: Mugen Meimu(Fantasy's Illusion)!"
Suddenly, all the glass shards come together to form a large dome, trapping Shukaku and the snake.
He snears.
"Do you really think you can trap me?!" Shukaku yells.
Out of the corner of his eye, he sees Bianca coming at him with her fan.
He smirks.
"DIE WENCH!" Shukaku yells.
With the whip of it's tail, the sand snake, hits Bianca with all it's strength.
But she just turns to glass, shattering with impact.
"What?"
"Do you really think we'd be dumb enough to attack head on like that? Really, we're smarter then we look. And we haven't really trapped you, you see, I control dreams, mirrors, and illusions, meaning that I can make it seem like I'm there, but I'm not."
Shukaku grits his teeth.
"You're dead meat, now it's your turn to get burned, Raccoon boy." Kayla echoes.
In a blazing light, multiple copies of both Bianca and Kayla appear, each seeming so real, that the real ones are inconceivable to locate.
Over confused, Shukaku can't take the thought of defeat.
"Y-You BITCHES!"
The snake attacks, taking out multiple amounts of the decoys as it rips through the crowds, though it seems none of them are the true ones.
"I'll rip your hearts out and lay them at the feet of that damn Mariya, that'll show her!" Shukaku snaps.
"Shut your damn mouth." the two say at the same time.
Two blades come to be at his neck, and he looks down to see them glaring him down, fury in their eyes as their spiritual pressure mix.
The light in his eyes seems to disappear as he realizes his situation.
"N-No...impossible..." Shukaku trails.
"The impossible just happened Dumb Ass." Kayla comments.
"Now, perish!" Bianca yells.
"NEVER!"
In a clash of energy, the three are thrown in all directions, none knowing who was killed, or if anyone was killed.
......
Kayla coughs, feeling the light of the sun reentering her eyes.
She sits up and looks around.
...What the...heck?...
Her eyes widen as she remembers the battle.
She turns white.
....Where's Bianca?!...
Standing up, she begins to look for Bianca's familiar spiritual pressure.
With luck, she feels a spark.
...Bianca!...
Running, she finds Bianca nearby, still unconscious as she lays in sand that must of returned to normal after they were both knocked out.
She kneels beside Bianca, taking her shoulder, and shaking her.
"Bianca...?" Kayla whispers.
Blood drips from gashes on Bianca's arms, some blood trailing from her mouth, her glasses shattered. The pressure from the last attack causes her body to become very unstable and weak do to the fact that because she doesn't contain much spiritual pressure to begin with, she ends up using it all, leaving none left to protect her body.
At least, that's what Aneko told them.
Kayla sighs.
"I guess I do end up cleaning up all your messes after all, eh Bianca?" Kayla chuckles, the wind blowing her hair loose of it's ponytail.

M.S.A.A. BLEACH pt. 64

"...Apparently I've been put on house arrest, not allowed to leave my home until the 10 days are up. This really stinks. It's only day 5, and I'm already bored out of my mind. But luckily, they did my home rebuilt. I'm not sure how they fixed it up in only a few days, but they've made it happen. It's as good as new, though because of this, I can't remember much of anything that has happened in the house. The girls named Kayla, Bianca, and Cree stay with me. Apparently I made a strong connection with Cree the first time I lost my memories. Hopefully I'll be able to make connections with all of them all over again. I just wish that I can train soon, because if I don't, I'll literally die of boredom..."

SOUL SOCIETY
Mariya's Perspective
"Oh my Lord...I'm going to die!" Mariya moans, walking through her halfway once again for probably the 300th time in a row.
She enters the media room, bored with it since day three of her house arrest. On the floor are multiple amounts of games and other types of technology, strewn all over as she had left it the few days before. For thirteen hours straight, she had played and finished all the games, from the wii's Mario Brothers, to the Kinect's Dance Central (for some reason she was REALLY GOOD at dancing). When the sun went down, Mariya called it a night, deciding that she was going to leave the stuff out so that she could pick it up the next day, which she felt to lazy to do.
She sits on the streched out comphy couch, and pics up the remote to the TV, pressing the power button.
Moments later, she finds herself moaning, realizing that it's only day five as the date pops up on the screen.
"This...isn't...fair..." Mariya mumbles, falling over to lay on the coach.
"What the heck?"
Her eyes open wide at the sound of Toshiro voice.
She sits up and whips her head around to see him blinking as he tries to take in the mess Mariya had made.
Her happiness rises greatly, smiling as she gets up.
"Toshiro!" Mariya yells, running over to hug him.
His eyes widen even more, blushing a bit.
She laughs as she looks up at him, still hugging him.
"Thank God you showed up, I thought I was going to die of boredom here." Mariya comments.
"I see. What exactly happened here?" Toshiro asks, gesturing at the mess.
"Well, I played all of them about two days ago." Mariya answers.
"Seriously? All of them?"
She nods.
"Yeah, and I cleaned pretty much every foot of this place except for this spot." Mariya says.
"Why's that?" Toshiro asks.
"Because I want to save it for the brink of madness. Though luckily, the nights are nice because that Cree chick and the two others are around.
"Kayla and Bianca, you mean?" he asks.
"Yeah, those two. They seem quite dittzy in a way."
"Trust me, they are. But they're good people."
"I can see that...." Mariya trails.
Toshiro blinks as Mariya's smile fades, letting go of him.
"What?" he asks.
"I wish I knew them."
His eyes widen at her comment.
"They're so kind to me, and they treat me as if I'm one of their close friends." Mariya continues.
"You are a close friend." Toshiro says.
"Am I?" she asks.
"What?" he asks.
She turns away, walking over to look out the window to see the clouding world outside.
"I only remember things that I experienced with you. Though yes, they're a lot of memories, it seems that I'm missing out on so much else that I saw in my life. I can't remember anything from the past few years, and I can't remember my before I met you..." Mariya explains, "I can't remember my parents...or even my life. I feel as if I have a one track mind now."
"Mariya..." Toshiro trails.
She chuckles bitter-sweetly.
"Heck, I can't even remember the other two's names. I've become a shell...I don't want to be a shell."
"I know that, and trust me when I say that we're doing everything we can to find out how to get your memory back." Toshiro replies, walking up to stand behind her.
She grins, and turns around to face him, but when she catches him in her eyes, she stops.
Unlike her, he's wearing his uniform, she just wearing a tank top and mid-thigh sleep shorts, a green flower design on them. His white hair is normally spiked, and fortunately his teal (or turquiose, she can't remember which color is which) are warm as he grins.
She feels a weird sensation in her chest.
...W-What the...
She looks down at the ground.
...What was that feeling?...I don't remember feeling that before now....what could it be?...
"Mariya?"
Her eyes widen, looking up to see Toshiro staring at her.
"W-What?" she asks.
"Is something wrong?" he asks.
She shakes her head.
"N-No, not at all." she replies.
He looks over her, hesitant, but sighs.
"Alright then. Well, I thought you'd like to see this, it's apparently your favorite anime or something." Toshiro says, handing her a DVD.
She blinks in surprise.
"A present?" she asks.
He looks over, trying not to look at her for some reason.
"Y-Yeah." he says.
Mariya grins as she takes the gift, turning it over to read the name of the anime.
"K-Kobato?" she asks.
He nods.
"Yeah, you told me a few weeks back that you were starting to take an interest in it, so I thought I'd get the anime for you to watch." he explains.
She blinks in surprise.
"Toshiro..." Mariya trails, before hugging him once more, "Thanks a lot."
He turns redder then before, though not to Mariya's knowledge.
"Y-Your welcome." he answers.
Without warning, they here people running through the door, taking them both by surprise.
"What the-" Mariya starts.
"Mariya! Where are you?!" the girl named Cree calls.
"I'm in here." Mariya calls back.
Within moment, Cree, and the two other girls round the corner and enter the room, panting.
"What's going on?" Toshiro asks.
"The-The bijuu...the-they're attacking." the girl who Mariya remembers as Bianca replies.
Toshiro's skin goes pale.
"Toshiro..." Mariya trails.
"Aneko is outside with the rest of the T.P. sercurity station making the barrier, she said the the Head Captain wants you and Rangiku to look after Mariya." the girl named Kayla says.
"Where's Rangiku now?" Toshiro asks.
"I sent Miyoko to go and get her. She should be here in a minute or two." Cree answers.
Toshiro nods.
"Alright." he says.
"We're going to go help in the defense station." Bianca says, before looking over at Mariya, "You stay in here where it's safe, alright?"
Mariya nods.
"O-Ok." she answers.
"We're counting on you to keep her safe Toshiro." Kayla says.
"She'll be fine." Toshiro responds, sounding confident enough.
Kayla nods and with that, the three disappear flashstepping out towards the battle field.
Mariya turns back towards the window.
...Bijuu, damn things...
"This is bad, I thought that they wouldn't attack for a while." Toshiro comments.
Mariya blinks.
"Well, we can't do anything about it but fight them-" Mariya starts.
"No, you can't fight remember? If you do, your spiritual presure will never be gained back and Mamori will be weaker." Toshiro interupts.
Mariya groans, remembering her plight.
"This isn't fair." Mariya says.
Toshiro sighs, and looks out the window, barely able to see the barrier that Mariya's squad created around her quarters.
And it's a good thing it's there.
"Mariya, get back!" Toshiro yells, pulling her from the window.
"W-What?!-" she starts.
Suddenly, a ball of light crashes into the barrier, causing enough shaking that the windows around them shatter, the impact of the violent winds following throwing them back, and onto the floor.
Somehow, Toshiro keeps his arms around her, taking the full amount of impact as he holds her to his chest, panting as he gets on his elbows.
Mariya blinks, now on the ground, and a bit dizzy. She looks up and immediately blushes, seeing Toshiro over her.
"Toshiro, are you alright?" Mariya asks.
He nods.
"Y-Yeah, just a bruise or two." he answers.
He falls silent as he sees blood appear on Mariya's cheek, little drops appearing by the second. Her eyes widen as he touches his right cheek, and pulls it away.
There's blood in his palm.
"You're bleeding!" Mariya says, sitting up as he does.
"Guess I must of been scratched by a shard of glass. Don't worry, it's not deep." Toshiro reassures her.
"It's deep enough that it's bleeding like that!" Mariya responds.
His eyes widen as she sighs, putting her hand up to hold his bloodied cheek.
Suddenly, he feels warmth. He looks over.
The orangish/yellow light.
He takes her wrist and stops her before she can start to heal him.
"What do you think you're doing?!" Toshiro asks.
"I'm trying to stop that oozing scratch before you loose any more blood!" Mariya answers.
"You can't! If you do, then your spiritual presure will weaken!" Toshiro says.
"But you're hurt.." Mariya trails.
His eyes widen.
"I don't like to see your blood. Makes me feel like I'm just putting you in harm's way by being around." Mariya confesses.
"Mariya..." he trails.
She hugs him once more.
"I don't care if my spiritual presure weakens, just hold still." Mariya whispers.
He becomes speechless as Mariya takes her hand back, and holds it back to his cheek.
Slowly, the same light appears, though somehow much stronger then before.
Before he knows it, the pain in his cheek seems to evaporate, even the blood dripping from his cheek seems to eventually disappear.
She sighs, taking her hand away to reveal the healed skin.
He blinks in surprise, watching as she stands, and walks over to the kitchen nook.
"Mariya..?" he trails, watching as she comes back to kneel beisde him.
His eyes widen, feeling the dampness of a rag touch his face.
"Though I did get most of it, there's still a good some of blood on your face." Mariya says, whiping his cheek, "So this should take care of the rest of it."
Blush seems to rise to his cheeks, this time noticed by Mariya.
"Toshiro?" she says, "Everything alright?"
"Y-Yeah, of course." Toshiro says, still red.
"Are you sure, your cheeks are turning red. Are you getting a fever or something?" she says as she goes to touch his forehead.
"I-I-I'm fine! Really." Toshiro answers, taking her hand before it can touch his head.
It's now that they both realize how close they are to one another, there faces only inches apart.
Now Mariya begins to blush.
...There's that feeling again...
Without warning, she feels herself proping herself a bit different, her face becoming hotter as she watches Toshiro slowly move his hand up to move her bangs out of the way of her right eye.
Their faces come even closer by the second, and she soon finds herself closing her eyes as she tilts her head, blushing more then before.
Toshiro's nose touches her...meaning he's getting closer too.
...What's about to happen...Toshiro?...
As they both hesitate, Toshiro suddenly wraps his arms around her, taking her by surprise as another of the high powered attacks sends them flying once again. Though this time, Toshiro hits the wall with a hard smack.
"Ack!" Toshiro grunts as they fall to the ground, Toshiro still protecting her as some more glass flies towards them.
Seeming to have life, the glass appears to fly right at him, scrapping right across his back. He grits his teeth, trying not to yell out in pain.
Though, Mariya can see it planely on his face as she looks up at him.
When the wind finally ceases, Mariya reaches around him to feel the damage to his back.
His haori is riped in about 6 different places, and when she lifts her hand, blood drips from her palm.
Her eyes widen.
...He's getting hurt...protecting me...
She gasps a bit as Toshiro raises up on his arms, snickering a little in pain.
"Toshiro..." Mariya trails.
He looks down at her.
"A-Are you alright?" he asks.
She just stares at him, taken back.
"Mariya?" he asks.
"Why do you keep protecting me?! All you're doing is getting yourself cut up for nothing!" Mariya says.
"I promised Cree and the others I'd protect you." Toshiro answers.
"Protecting me doesn't mean getting yourself into life threatening situations!" she comments.
He chuckles, irritating her a bit.
"In your case, it kinda does-" Toshiro starts.
Without warning, he cringes over, holding his shoulder.
"T-Toshiro! What's wrong?!" she asks.
"No way...they couldn't of-ACK!" Toshiro starts, before the pain returns.
"Couldn't of what?!" she repeats.
"Th-They used a type of B-Bakudo to put p-posion into the..attacks..." Toshiro trails.
Her eyes widen, and she immediately put her hands on his back, the glow increasing rapidly as she extends it the full length of his injuries.
Slowly, he seems to get better, his shouts becoming less painfilled and hard, and more spread apart, until it seems she's nutralized it to the point that it will no longer be a serious issue.
When the light from her palms disappears, she begins to pant, and realizes the situation.
...Damn it...by using healing...I broke the 10 day deal...it's getting harder to heal...for long amounts of time...
As she still breaths hard, Toshiro looks over at her, now laying on his back.
"So why? Why do you take the chance of becoming weaker to help me?" Toshiro asks.
She blinks in surprise, not expecting his question.
She grins, and leans over him, causing him to redden a bit as her face comes close to his.
"Because, I promised myself that I would protect you." Mariya answers.
Before Toshiro can respond, she kisses him on the cheek, blushing as she does.
When she raises, she laughs.
"Now, you rest a bit, that wound isn't fully healed, and there's still a small amount of the poison in your system." Mariya instructs.
She looks over at the broken windows, and her eyes narrow as she begins to take in their predicament.
With no warning, she turns back, and with grace, picks him up, putting him on her back. He blinks in surprise, not yet able to take in what just happened as she stands, and walks into the hall.
"Wh-What the heck are you-" Toshiro starts.
"We need to someplace that's safer in the house." Mariya says, looking around before finding the door she wants, "Ah-ha, perfect."
She opens the door, stairs on the other side.
Her quarters, at her request, were built with a basement, perfect stuff like this.
She quickly walks down the stairs, smiling as she sees the wide space that looks a lot like her bedroom's sitting area, though this room has a blue color scheme.
A lofty couch sits in the corner, and Mariya gently sits him down on it, trying to make him comfortable.
Know he's set, Mariya sits in the recliner beside the couch, and sighs as she leans back.
"Now what?" Toshiro asks.
She blinks.
"Huh?" Mariya asks.
"You should get out of here, you're not safe here."
She stands in shock.
"No! I can't leave!" Mariya answers.
"If they somehow break the barrier, I won't be able to protect you in my current condition. You need to get out of here and get to a different hiding location."
"But I can't just leave you-!"
"Once they realize you're not here, they'll leave, so I'll be perfectly fine." Toshiro interupts.
She bites at her upper lip.
...Damn it, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place...If I leave, they could harm Toshiro...but if I stay, I could be found and killed...and if I try to go out and fight, I could loose a vast amount of Spiritual Presure....DAMN IT!...
