Toshiro's Perspective
He sighs as he walks with Yattamori and her three friends, Cree, Bianca, and Kayla through the eastern Rukon district, tracing one of the last places Mahinahime's Spiritual Pressure was recorded.
"Why did we have to come with you guys?" Kayla asks.
"Because we wanted you guys to see what the Rukon District looks like for yourselves." Yattamori answers.
"Yes, did you know we grew up here?" Toshiro asks.
Bianca's eyebrow rises.
"Really?" Bianca asks.
"Yeah, we actually met in Junrinon where we lived together." Yattamori answers.
"You two lived together?" Cree asks.
"Yes, the reason Yattamori actually moved to this village was because her parents passed away." Toshiro explains.
"Really? That's horrible." Kayla comments.
"Yes, I did live in a higher family, but because I was one of the last in my family, the people in my group dissipated and moved all over the Soul Society after my parents died. They did give me some riches before the died so I wouldn't have to worry about being homeless, but I decided not to use it." Yattamori explains, "About a month after they died, I actually was brought into the home of one of my friends who lived in the same village as Toshiro. That's around the same time I started seeing Toshiro and later became friends with him. As we became closer, the two that I had been living with decided they didn't have any more money to support me, so Toshiro's grandmother took me in."
"Of, how nice." Cree says.
"Hey, where's Aneko?" Kayla asks.
"Or Rangiku?" Bianca asks.
"Well, I left Rangiku to do some paper work she didn't finish." Toshiro answers, "Though there wasn't much of it left when I last saw it, so she'll be along sooner or later.
"And Aneko went ahead of us to make sure there aren't any Bijuu nearby." Yattamori says.
"What are Bijuu?" Bianca asks.
"Sounds like something from Naruto-" Kayla comments.
"They're our current enemy." Toshiro interupts.
"Oh, ok." Cree answers
"So, when are we gonna get to where we need to go?" Bianca asks.
Yattamori looks at a type of tool that tracks Spiritual Pressure in her hand.
"This says that it's about 20 yards out, through these trees I guess." Yattamori says as she looks up.
"Alright, then let's go that way." Toshiro says as they walk faster towards a group of green trees.
Within minutes, the tool begins beeping wildly.
"What's that noise?" Kayla asks.
"Hm?" Yattamori says she looks down at the tool.
"...S.P. has been located..." a programed voice says, "..Anazlyzing..Identified...S.P. match Mahinahime..."
"So, we found it?" Cree asks.
"Well, aparently." Bianca answers.
"But this is nothing but a grassy clearing in the middle of nowhere." Kayla comments.

The trio turn to look at Yattamori.
"What Madison?" Bianca asks.
"This couldn't be it...could it?" Toshiro trails as he spots what Yattamori sees.

"This is where I died." Yattamori answers.

"WHAT?!" Kayla yells.
Yattamori walks over a nearby tree, one that seems to have a gash in one side, stained a little red.
"This tree..." Yattamori trails as she traces the gash, seeming to have flashbacks.
She clenches the hand tracing into a fist. Slowly, she begins trembling, though with anger.
"Madison?" Cree says.
"This DAMN tree!" Yattamori yells.
Without warning, with her other hand, she punches hard into the trunk, sending splinters flying as the impact causes the top of the tree to somewhat vanish in seconds.
"Wh-WHAT?!" Kayla yells.
"Since when can she do that?!" Cree yells.
Toshiro runs over as Yattamori pulls her hand back again, bloody at the knuckles.
"Madison, stop!" Toshiro yells as he takes hold of her arms, trying to calm her down.
After a few moments, Yattamori stops panting, and seems calm, unclenching her fist as blood drips from her hand.
Toshiro holds her injured hand up.
"If you react like that, you're going to injure yourself even more. Keep calm." Toshiro says.
She doesn't respond, though takes back her hand, a yellow light appear as she begins to heal herself.
An idea suddenly comes into his head.
"Hey, at least this place isn't all bad." Toshiro comments.
Yattamori's eyes widen with the others.
"What do you mean by that?!" Yattamori yells.
Toshiro gestures over his shoulder, causing Yattamori to look there too.
Within moments, her eyes seem to gleam back to life with shock.
The others look over and gasp at the 20x20 foot crater nearby.
"Whoa, when did that get there?" Bianca asks.
"What I want to know is why is there a crater." Kayla comments.
"Oh yeah..." Yattamori trails, capturing everyone's attention, "This is also where I returned..."
"Huh?" Cree comments.
"You see, last November on the aniversary of Yattamori's death, I came here. While I was visiting, a Hollow attacked and tried to kill me. The way it tried to kill me was by recreating Yattamori's real body, inputting it's own soul, and use her body to attack and kill me." Toshiro starts to explain.
"But, at the same time, I had just gone unconscious during at home, and had made the descision to return here to the Soul Society." Yattamori says, pointing at the crater, "That crater was created when the Hollow sent Toshiro flying towards the Earth at high speed using one of my flying kick techniques."
"Seriously?!" Kayla yells.
Toshiro nods.
"Afterwards, as the Hollow was trying to overpower me-" Toshiro starts again.
"-I reentered my body and took control from the Hollow. Though the Hollow tried to kill me again by using a sword to stab it through my heart while still in my body. But, Toshiro kept that from happening, and I eventually forced it out and killed it using my shikai." Yattamori finishes.
"Wow..." Cree comments.
"It seems a little hard to believe...but ok." Kayla comments.
"Then, when I came to, Yattamori had already healed me." Toshiro finishes, "End of story."
Yattamori chuckles.
"Toshiro, you're getting your cold personality back." Yattamori says, "Seems like you're finally beginning to act like your old self."

"So, Mahinahime's spiritual pressure was around here just a few months back?" Bianca asks.

"Well then, why would she come here?" Kayla asks.
"Seriously, it's not like there's anything to be found around here." Cree adds.
"Maybe she was trying to figure out happened here." Toshiro suggests.
"That a good possibility. Maybe we should ask around to see if anyone has seen anyone matching her description." Yattamori says.
"That sounds like a good idea." Cree agrees.
"Alright then, let's go-" Kayla says as she starts to walk away.
"Wait!" Yattamori yells, throwing her arm in front of Kayla.
"W-What?!" Kayla asks.
"We've got company." Yattamori answers.
Bianca, Cree, and Kayla's eyes widen as suddenly black masses begin to creep out of the shadows.
"I guess they must be more bijuu." Toshiro says.
"No, there's only one true bijuu, the rest are it's servants." Yattamori answers.
"What the heck are you two talking about?!' Bianca whispers.
"Just stay quiet." Toshiro orders.
Bianca complies and shuts her mouth, becoming silent.
"Tehehe...so, this must be the group Master told me about...A girl with long hair tied with a green ribbon, and boy with white hair and piercing blue eyes, the companion with similar abilities to the girl, and two newbies who are learning the ropes to being a Soul Reaper..." a higher voice calls from the shadows.
"Show yourself!" Yattamori yells, drawing Mamori Koudoutai from thin air.
The being chuckles.
"As you wish..." she calls.
From the shadows, a figure of a lean woman jumps from one of the high branches, landing perfectly about 10 feet away.
She wears a long black cape, though unlike other Bijuu, it flows behind her, showing off her skin-tight outfit, leather skinny legged pants matched with a dark, violet gurtle with black lace trim working around her arms to make her look less like a hooker. She wears fashionable biker gloves made of the same material as her point-toe heels., the same lace trimming her accessories.
Her black hair is short, the stylish man cut (as Yattamori calls it) that many modern women wear chosen as her style, and her eyes seem to be glowing some weird yellow color, the same color of her sharp nails, matching her strong, but beautiful features. A chiming sound comes from a bell strung on a ribbon around her neck, and her earrings, making him get a good idea that she's a main bijuu from a black tail that is swinging back and fourth around her body, and that her ears are cat ears.
"I'm guessing you're a main Bijuu?" Yattamori says.
The woman smirks, showing that she has fangs.
"I'm glad you actually got that right, not thinking that I'm a little servant." the woman answers.
"If you were, we would have a problem." Yattamori answers.
"Well, Yattamori, is it? It is an honor that I finally get to meet you. Allow me to introduce myself, I am Nekomata, the two tails." the woman introduces herself, another tail appearing from nowhere.
"So, are you the only Bijuu here?" Toshiro asks, drawing Hyorinmaru.
Nekomata chuckles.
"Well, I do not like to lie, so I must admit that I am not alone..." Nekomata answers.
Suddenly, the ground around them begins to become unsettled, and bars made of earth rise out of the ground.
"Crap..." Yattamori says, "Not him."
"Yattamori, we meet again, how swell." a familiar voice calls sarcastically.
The five turn to see the last Bijuu they encountered, the racoon Bijuu, walking towards them with a scowl upon his face.
"Shukaku, why were you hiding over there?" Nekomata asks.
"If you haven't realized it, I'm not the type that likes to see a failed assignment put right in my face." Shukaku answers, seeming to be pissed off.
Nekomata laughs.
"Oh calm down, you scavanger. You can redeem yourself, just do as Master told you." Nekomata answers, looking at Yattamori, "Though I still can't believe she's still letting you play with her..."
"Play with me..?" Yattamori whispers.
Toshiro steps in front of Yattamori, holding Hyourinmaru out in front of him, surprising Yattamori.
"Don't go getting protective boy, we aren't gonna hurt her..." Nekomata says, before disappearing.
"Cree, Kayla, Bianca." Toshiro says.
"Right." the trio say at once.
In a flash, Hebi Denkou appears in Cree's palm as Bianca pulls Aratatsuki from behind her back and Kayla grabs Washikaen from it's sheath.
They all surround Yattamori taking her by surprise.
"G-Guys! What do you think you're doing?!" Yattamori yells.
"They're after you, we have to do this so you won't be easily targeted!" Toshiro yells.
"You idiot!" Yattamori yells, taking him by surprise, "That's what they want!"
"What?" Kayla says.
Suddenly, a shadow comes over them, causing them all to look up.
Toshiro's eyes widen as he sees it's probably about a pound of earth about to crush them.
"Scatter, now!" Yattamori yells.
Doing as Yattamori instructs, Toshiro and the others flashstep out of the way, Cree tugging on Bianca and Kayla's collars.
As the earth makes impact, all five appear unhurt and still alive, though Yattamori seems a little out of breath for some reason.
Luckily, Toshiro appeared close by, and notices.
"Yattamori, are you ok?" Toshiro calls.
"Y-Yeah." she calls back.
He looks back over to see Shukaku getting closer.
"Yattamori." Toshiro says, grabbing Yattamori's attention, "Turn invisible and get out of here, we can take care them. You'll be safer that way too."
Yattamori's eyes widen, before she grunts, irritated.
"You idiot, I'm not running away and leaving you to fight my battles! Just forget about me, and focus for crying out loud!" Yattamori yells back.
Suddenly, a dark shadow appears behind Yattamori, causing Toshiro to gasp.
"Madison, behind you!" Toshiro yells.
"Huh?!" Yattamori says as she turns.
Nekomata grins.
"No, we won't hurt you..." Nekomata says, "Physically, that is..."

Without warning, her claws begin to glow, growing longer and longer, causing Toshiro to spring into action.

She looks down to see the stone strung to ribbon tied tight around her neck, the one that represents Mamori's power, is cracking in half.
"This stone...what does it mean to me?..."
The stone dissipates into millions of micrscopic shards, the ribbon suddenly gone, causing her to gasp.
"Why?...Should I be upset?..." she asks herself.
A glint captures her attention as she touches the spot where the choker had just been. She looks down to see the green gem, the charm Toshiro had given her, around her neck. She takes it gently in her hand, inspecting it.
"This pendant..." Madison trails, "I don't know why, but this is important...a key..."

"Who was that?"
Suddenly, her mind leaves, allowing her see something.

Though the person in front of her is blurry, she can definitely tell it's a boy. His hair is light, if not white, and his eyes are definitely a dark color. He doesn't seem that old, maybe a young boy, causing her to think.
"Who is this boy? Who's Madison?..." Madison asks herself, "Am I Madison?"
Without warning the world begins to change, causing her to freak out.
"Wh-What's happening?!" Madison screams.

As she pants, her eyes adjust to the world, seeing green and grass, the wind warm, like summer.
"Madison? Are you ok?"
Her eyes widen as she turns to see a boy holding her in his arms. His hair is white as snow, and turquiose blues eyes.

"Madison, you had us scared to death."
She turns to see three girls staring at her, alarm and concern mixed in their expression.

The girl without glasses sighs with relief.
"Good, we thought you were seriously injured, considering your choker vanished into thin air." she says.

"You know, the one you wear all the time. You said it had something to do with your zampakutou."

The three girls' eyes widen.

Suddenly, she's pulled by the wrists back into the boy, taking her by surprise.

Madison turns, and catches her breath as she looks up at him.
...He looks so...familiar...
He takes hold of her pendant, causing her to blink in surprise.
"You really don't remember me...?" he asks.

"Toshiro?!" she yells, "That's your name, isn't it?!"

"That's what this says." Yattamori answers, holding up the tool.
"Well then, why would she come here?" Kayla asks.
"Seriously, it's not like there's anything to be found around here." Cree adds.
"Maybe she was trying to figure out happened here." Toshiro suggests.
"That a good possibility. Maybe we should ask around to see if anyone has seen anyone matching her description." Yattamori says.
"That sounds like a good idea." Cree agrees.
"Alright then, let's go-" Kayla says as she starts to walk away.
"Wait!" Yattamori yells, throwing her arm in front of Kayla.
"W-What?!" Kayla asks.
"We've got company." Yattamori answers.
Bianca, Cree, and Kayla's eyes widen as suddenly black masses begin to creep out of the shadows.
"I guess they must be more bijuu." Toshiro says.
"No, there's only one true bijuu, the rest are it's servants." Yattamori answers.
"What the heck are you two talking about?!' Bianca whispers.
"Just stay quiet." Toshiro orders.
Bianca complies and shuts her mouth, becoming silent.
"Tehehe...so, this must be the group Master told me about...A girl with long hair tied with a green ribbon, and boy with white hair and piercing blue eyes, the companion with similar abilities to the girl, and two newbies who are learning the ropes to being a Soul Reaper..." a higher voice calls from the shadows.
"Show yourself!" Yattamori yells, drawing Mamori Koudoutai from thin air.
The being chuckles.
"As you wish..." she calls.
From the shadows, a figure of a lean woman jumps from one of the high branches, landing perfectly about 10 feet away.
She wears a long black cape, though unlike other Bijuu, it flows behind her, showing off her skin-tight outfit, leather skinny legged pants matched with a dark, violet gurtle with black lace trim working around her arms to make her look less like a hooker. She wears fashionable biker gloves made of the same material as her point-toe heels., the same lace trimming her accessories.
Her black hair is short, the stylish man cut (as Yattamori calls it) that many modern women wear chosen as her style, and her eyes seem to be glowing some weird yellow color, the same color of her sharp nails, matching her strong, but beautiful features. A chiming sound comes from a bell strung on a ribbon around her neck, and her earrings, making him get a good idea that she's a main bijuu from a black tail that is swinging back and fourth around her body, and that her ears are cat ears.
"I'm guessing you're a main Bijuu?" Yattamori says.
The woman smirks, showing that she has fangs.
"I'm glad you actually got that right, not thinking that I'm a little servant." the woman answers.
"If you were, we would have a problem." Yattamori answers.
"Well, Yattamori, is it? It is an honor that I finally get to meet you. Allow me to introduce myself, I am Nekomata, the two tails." the woman introduces herself, another tail appearing from nowhere.
"So, are you the only Bijuu here?" Toshiro asks, drawing Hyorinmaru.
Nekomata chuckles.
"Well, I do not like to lie, so I must admit that I am not alone..." Nekomata answers.
Suddenly, the ground around them begins to become unsettled, and bars made of earth rise out of the ground.
"Crap..." Yattamori says, "Not him."
"Yattamori, we meet again, how swell." a familiar voice calls sarcastically.
The five turn to see the last Bijuu they encountered, the racoon Bijuu, walking towards them with a scowl upon his face.
"Shukaku, why were you hiding over there?" Nekomata asks.
"If you haven't realized it, I'm not the type that likes to see a failed assignment put right in my face." Shukaku answers, seeming to be pissed off.
Nekomata laughs.
"Oh calm down, you scavanger. You can redeem yourself, just do as Master told you." Nekomata answers, looking at Yattamori, "Though I still can't believe she's still letting you play with her..."
"Play with me..?" Yattamori whispers.
Toshiro steps in front of Yattamori, holding Hyourinmaru out in front of him, surprising Yattamori.
"Don't go getting protective boy, we aren't gonna hurt her..." Nekomata says, before disappearing.
"Cree, Kayla, Bianca." Toshiro says.
"Right." the trio say at once.
In a flash, Hebi Denkou appears in Cree's palm as Bianca pulls Aratatsuki from behind her back and Kayla grabs Washikaen from it's sheath.
They all surround Yattamori taking her by surprise.
"G-Guys! What do you think you're doing?!" Yattamori yells.
"They're after you, we have to do this so you won't be easily targeted!" Toshiro yells.
"You idiot!" Yattamori yells, taking him by surprise, "That's what they want!"
"What?" Kayla says.
Suddenly, a shadow comes over them, causing them all to look up.
Toshiro's eyes widen as he sees it's probably about a pound of earth about to crush them.
"Scatter, now!" Yattamori yells.
Doing as Yattamori instructs, Toshiro and the others flashstep out of the way, Cree tugging on Bianca and Kayla's collars.
As the earth makes impact, all five appear unhurt and still alive, though Yattamori seems a little out of breath for some reason.
Luckily, Toshiro appeared close by, and notices.
"Yattamori, are you ok?" Toshiro calls.
"Y-Yeah." she calls back.
He looks back over to see Shukaku getting closer.
"Yattamori." Toshiro says, grabbing Yattamori's attention, "Turn invisible and get out of here, we can take care them. You'll be safer that way too."
Yattamori's eyes widen, before she grunts, irritated.
"You idiot, I'm not running away and leaving you to fight my battles! Just forget about me, and focus for crying out loud!" Yattamori yells back.
Suddenly, a dark shadow appears behind Yattamori, causing Toshiro to gasp.
"Madison, behind you!" Toshiro yells.
"Huh?!" Yattamori says as she turns.
Nekomata grins.
"No, we won't hurt you..." Nekomata says, "Physically, that is..."
"What?!" Yattamori starts.
Without warning, her claws begin to glow, growing longer and longer, causing Toshiro to spring into action.
"Madison, MOVE!" Toshiro yells.
"To late..." Nekomata whispers as she stabs at Yattamori.
"Madison!" Toshiro yells.
"Toshiro-" Yattamori yells as she turns her head, stopping as the claws stab through her head.

Madison's Perspective
The world goes black, the void beginning to take shape around her.
"H-Huh?!" Madison yells as she looks around.
"MASTER!" Mamori's familiar voice calls.
Madison turns to see Mamori rushing towards her at unbelievable speeds, stopping just short of her.
"M-Mamori?! What's happening?!" Madison yells.
"It's that Bijuu's claws!" Mamori answers.
"Huh?"
"Madison, she's trying to make it so you..."
Madison's eyes widen as Mamori cuts out.
"What?"
"No, Madison...you must not..."
"Must not what, Mamori?!"
Mamori begins to fade, even though she's right in front of her.
"Mamori!"
"Madison...do not forget..."
"Do not forget what?!"
"Everything...Nekomata...is stealing your..."
"My what?!"
"Your...memories..."
Madison's eyes widen.
...My memories?...
"Madison...what's my...name...?"
"You're name? Um, it's uh..."
Madison begins to shake.
...I can't remember!...
Suddenly, images begin to pass her mind rapidly, all her friends, family, familiar things.

Tears begin to form in Madison's eyes.

The life in her eyes drain as she falls to her knees.
Tears stream down her face with intensity. After a few moments...she wipes her cheeks, and looks down at her now soaked hand.
"Wh-Why...Why am I...crying...?" Madison asks herself.
She hears a cracking noise.
"Huh?"
She looks down to see the stone strung to ribbon tied tight around her neck, the one that represents Mamori's power, is cracking in half.
"This stone...what does it mean to me?..."
The stone dissipates into millions of micrscopic shards, the ribbon suddenly gone, causing her to gasp.
"Why?...Should I be upset?..." she asks herself.
A glint captures her attention as she touches the spot where the choker had just been. She looks down to see the green gem, the charm Toshiro had given her, around her neck. She takes it gently in her hand, inspecting it.
"This pendant..." Madison trails, "I don't know why, but this is important...a key..."
...Do you like it Madison?...
Madison gasps as she drops her hold on the pendant, letting it bounce against her chest.
"Who was that?"
Suddenly, her mind leaves, allowing her see something.
"What is it? A memory?"
She sees nothing but the gem in someone's hands, her hands.
...You told me that you really loved it, so I though it would be best placed in your possession...
She looks up, and her eyes widen.
Though the person in front of her is blurry, she can definitely tell it's a boy. His hair is light, if not white, and his eyes are definitely a dark color. He doesn't seem that old, maybe a young boy, causing her to think.
"Who is this boy? Who's Madison?..." Madison asks herself, "Am I Madison?"
Without warning the world begins to change, causing her to freak out.
"Wh-What's happening?!" Madison screams.
"MADISON!"
Madison eyes widen as she hears the familiar boy's voice call what she thinks is her name, though lower then before.
"Help me!" Madison screams, beginning to cry.
"MADISON, WAKE UP!"
With no thought, the world dissipates, and Madison's eyes widen, sunlight staring back at her, though shaded by figures.
As she pants, her eyes adjust to the world, seeing green and grass, the wind warm, like summer.
"Madison? Are you ok?"
Her eyes widen as she turns to see a boy holding her in his arms. His hair is white as snow, and turquiose blues eyes.
...He must be that boy from before...
"Madison, you had us scared to death."
She turns to see three girls staring at her, alarm and concern mixed in their expression.
"I'm fine..." Madison answers.
The girl without glasses sighs with relief.
"Good, we thought you were seriously injured, considering your choker vanished into thin air." she says.
"Choker?" Madison asks.
The girl blinks.
"You know, the one you wear all the time. You said it had something to do with your zampakutou."
"Zampakutou? What's a zampakutou?" Madison asks.
The three girls' eyes widen.
"Are you kidding?" the girl with glasses, but her hair up asks.
"Who are you?" Madison asks.
Her face becomes pale.
"T-Toshiro-" the girl without glasses starts.
"-Cree, calm down." the boy answers.
Something clicks inside Madison's mind.
"Who's Toshiro?" Madison asks.
Cree gasps.
"Oh my God!!" the girl with glasses and her hair down shreeks.
"Who's Toshiro?!" Madison asks again, sitting up, trying to be more serious.
"Kayla-" the girl with glasses and her hair down says to the other girl with glasses.
"Who is-" Madison starts.
Suddenly, she's pulled by the wrists back into the boy, taking her by surprise.
"Huh?" Madison starts as she blinks.
"-You.." the boy starts.
Madison turns, and catches her breath as she looks up at him.
...He looks so...familiar...
He takes hold of her pendant, causing her to blink in surprise.
"You really don't remember me...?" he asks.
Madison's eyes widen as it finally clicks.
...He's-!...
"Toshiro?!" she yells, "That's your name, isn't it?!"
Toshiro seems to no longer be able to look at her, and just pulls her into a hug, causing her to blush.
"T-Toshiro-"
"Madison..."
Madison falls silent as Toshiro starts.
"Madison...I'm sorry, this is my fault..." Toshiro starts, "I promise, you'll be back to normal soon...hopefully."
...Back to normal?...Is there really such a thing anymore?...From my perspective, nothing is normal...I can't even remember my own name...I can't even remember my whole life!...
Tears stream down her face as she takes hold of his white haori, which she actually remembers it being called, taking him by a bit of surprise.
"Madison...?" Toshiro trails.
"I want my life back...Toshiro.." Madison whispers.
He hugs her tighter as more tears stream down her face, as well as those of the girls'.
She grins ironically.
...Though, I can tell by the way that these people treat me...maybe I wasn't all alone...
